    After-sales process

    1. Provide the monkey music ID (the number in the upper left corner of the user background);

    2. Provide recharge records;

    3. Provide the cause of the problem and contact information;

    4. Refund conditions. If you have used music, once downloaded files will be stored on your computer, it means that you have used the service. Except for the cases where the member you purchased cannot be used due to the inability to play or download, it will not be used. Accept refund request.
